Passenger

Please take your seat

Feel comfortable, feel relaxed

Are you ready to start?

Did you decide where to go?

Your destination –

Hidden place

Amusement place

Meeting place

Resting place

Maybe a secret soul’s place?

Life – like traveling by train

One station, another

You stop, you discover, you learn

You continue

This train has no end

Your journey takes you into infinity

Be aware – you are a passenger, you are an observer

Your aim, your goal is to be simply happy

Bon voyage!

Inner Wisdom

I ask you to surrender

I ask you to accept

I ask you to be

Allow the natural rhythm to show you the way

No – this is not that you finished, got off, escaped

This is the point when you start again

Wiser

Stronger

Confident and aware

Enjoy, be happy

Now you know

How to breathe

How to act

How to succeed

by Monika D Hankus

Balance

Finding the answers to your path

You dive deep into your heart

All guidance, whisper of your soul

Ripple from the center

Out

You sense your body

Extension

Each organ, each part

Knows

You keep pace with the natural flow

Stillness

Don’t be in a hurry

Don’t be to slow

Balance

All aspects you develop

All aspects in the process of personal growth

by Monika D Hankus

Respect

Body always tells you truth

Weariness, being out of vital force directs your deeds

Respect your temple alive; respect your thoughts, your life

In weakness you regain your strength

Nothing can break your pure heart

Nothing can change your brave mind

Expand

Create

Don’t give up

Demonstrate

Desire with dignity and pride

In joy you find an innovation and restoration of your path

by Monika D Hankus

Gentle touch

Wherever you go

Whatever you do

Be gentle with yourself

Embrace all wounds, softly let them go

In tender thought, deed, word, touch

Look at the universe

Look at the stranger, at your neighbor, at each and every heart

I know, you have every day challenges and dilemma

Please, look from above, be higher than this

Your hope, your trust, your faith creates miracles

In your warm heart you find

All

Beauty and deep meaning of your life

by Monika D Hankus

Life with passion

I would like to show you

Success

Fulfillment

Yes!

You want that

Breathe deep and feel your body

Sense its alchemy

Now dive deep

I want you to shout out loud

P A S S I O N

This is how you start

Do you remember the true romance of your life?

Can you feel the lover touch?

This is how you start

In the depth of your heart

You find an eternal flame

Go for it

Light the inner fire

Inspiration from the Heart

Ground

I look down

Standing with a firm breath

I feel

From this place

Up, up, up

To my body

Lightning

Thrill

Shudder

Through my whole being

Stop

In my heart

Here I start

I N S P I R E

Eyes closed

I sense

Deep, deep, deep

It comes

In Joy, In Stillness, In Love

by Monika D Hankus
