Swan's Breath

- Affirmation -

I am willing

to be a sparkle of serenity within my heart here and now

I trust my Path

- Inner Journey -

Imagine yourself being graceful like a swan.

Close your eyes and fly with ease and confidence, like the bird does.

Feel fresh air clearing, cleansing your senses, your vision, and your aim.

Release all suffering.

Release all efforts.

Surrender to the natural flow in here and now.

Imagine that like a swan you are landing, you reach the crystalline, refreshing water.

Feel your body, your mind and your soul being purified.

Feel renewed state of being in and out.

Your soul is a gift of inner peace, love and beauty.

Enjoy your journey.

Your precious mirror

O yes, this is how I look

how I talk

how I feel

and  breathe

First deep sigh

"I am loved

I love you"

Second rich sigh

"I create

Third intense sigh

"I don't give up

I try one more time"

The next one -

I smile - within my heart

familiar voice
