Raise your vibration for Spirit Communication

One of the best ways to be successful in living and creating the life of your dreams is to keep your vibration level as high as possible.
But what does it mean to be on a vibration high? Simply put it is raising your energy to a level that makes you feel good about yourself and your life.
We have all experienced good vibes and bad vibes, well it is the bad vibes that you must avoid if you are going to be successful at the manifestation process.

Although we identify ourselves with our physical body we are actually energy or light beings.
EVERYTHING IS ENERGY
Every thought, word, feeling and thing is energy….everything! Things that appear to be solid are actually very tightly compacted energy particles creating a shape, form or physical matter. Our physical body, that part of us that is not eternal, is surrounded by our eternal divine essence consisting of our emotional, mental and spiritual energetic layers.
It is important for us to bring into our awareness the many layers of our energetic body. This is the key to our self-empowerment. When it is brought into our awareness, our soul will begin to integrate all of the layers of ourselves bringing us into a state of wholeness.

 Breathe With Intention

Focus upon your breathing, inhaling deeply and exhaling fully.
By altering the intensity and frequency of your breath you can calm, cleanse, awaken and rejuvenate your mind and body. No matter where you are or what you may be doing, this is a simple, yet very effective way to raise your vibration. By bringing more oxygen into your body, you are energizing each cell within it and in particular infusing your brain with life giving oxygen. Physically you will feel more energized and within minutes you will feel your overall vibration shift to a higher level.

Trust Your Intuition

Your intuition is the greatest tool you were given to help you navigate through this world. Trust it and use it. Nature will guide you towards growing and achieving the greatest levels of happiness if you simply tune in, listen to, and act upon your intuition.

Embrace Nature

Get outside for a few minutes a day, find a quiet spot and just stop and listen to nature. Take some deep breaths, try to empty your mind and look around and appreciate this universe that you are connected to. You will be surprised at how emptying your mind for just a few minutes a day will help you feel more positive and give you greater clarity when you return to your daily tasks.

Spend time alone

Quiet reflection, meditation, down time, what ever you wish to call it, being in solitude can help to rejuvenate you especially if you work in a busy or noisy environment, just being alone and quiet can lift your spirit tremendously.
Practice a guided meditation for raising your vibration, or surrounding yourself with "white light".

Follow positive people

Take note of the people you spend time with, if you find that there are a number of negative people in your life and you realise that when you are with them, your vibration often lowers, you need to remove these people from your life. It may sound harsh but surrounding yourself with negative people is one of the most damaging things you can do to yourself. Being surrounded by negativity kills your spirit and your creative abilities thus making manifestation virtually impossible. Put your self in the company of positive people and you will immediately notice a lift in your vibration.

Stay optimistic at all times
This can be difficult to do especially when you are in a crisis but when you are in a crisis situation, this is when it’s most important to stay positive. By remaining positive you keep your vibration high and when you are vibrating at a higher rate your problems will dissipate so much quicker or you may find it was not really a problem at all.
As you practice focusing on joy and love you will attract more and more joyous events to you. That is the Law of Attraction at work! In order to attract something wonderful you need to feel that essence that you are desiring within you.

Be aware of your thoughts, words and actions

Everything you do comes back to you in some way so always be wary of how you treat others and how you act in all situations.  How you treat others is how you will be treated, by doing the right thing by everyone you come into contact with will help to raise your vibration as others continue to do the right thing by you.  Treating everyone compassionately will attract positive people and opportunities into your life.

Love yourself

Place your hands on your heart and really love yourself. Name several things you love about yourself.
Thank yourself for being exactly who you are.
Tell your friends and family you love them, both through your words and your actions.

Do What You Love

You are endowed with a unique gift. Turn what you have in your heart into something others can enjoy and you may use your rewards to live an abundant life spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially. Remember that wherever your heart is, there too you will find your treasures.

Listen to music that makes your heart soar

Dancing, singing and exercise always raise vibration because when you do these activities you strongly connect to the present moment and distance yourself from your mind.

And Now .. take a deep breathe and SMILE with every cell in your body - you did it great -
you are ready to raise your vibrations and live your life you dream ... :-)
Practice every day strongly recommended !!

Inner Child - Emotional Body

Unless we connect with our Inner Child state in a safe setting, the Child Within will remain isolated and alone.
Unless we reclaim our childlike feelings, sensitivity, wonderment and aliveness, our Inner Child will remain wounded.
Unless we do this Now, we will find it so difficult to feel WHOLE.

The Inner Child refers to your emotional body.
Carl Jung called it the 'Divine Child'. Emmet Fox called it the 'Wonder Child'. Charles Whitfield called it the 'Child Within'. It is also called the 'True Self'.

Childhood is dictated by those who raise us and often causes scars that will take years to heal.
For the most part, our issues go back to childhood and what impacted on our emotional and physical bodies at that time.
The inner child remains with us all of our lives.
We are all children at heart, innocently searching for our meaning in life.

The Inner Child is the emotional self. It is where our feelings live. When we experience joy, sadness, anger, fear, or affection our Child Within is coming out. When we are being playful, spontaneous, creative, intuitive and surrendering to the spiritual self, our Genuine Authentic Self, who we know deep within us, our Real Self is being welcomed and encouraged to be present. We all have an inner child and the wounds our inner child received can and do continue to contaminate our adult lives. Our parents helped create this Inner Child part of us, society also helped with the creation. When this child self is not allowed to be heard or even acknowledged as being real, a false or co-dependent self emerges. We begin to live our lives as victims.

Then we have situations that arise in our lives which develop into unresolved emotional traumas. The gradual accumulation of unfinished mental and emotional business can lead to and fuel chronic anxiety, fear, confusion, emptiness and unhappiness through all of our life.
Besides the Inner Child / adolescent part, we have many other selves which are trying to be heard and take control, without us really hearing the voices until we make an effort to do so. Initially, it is very important to tame the Inner Critic part of us. That voice from the past often keeps beating up our Inner Child. This voice invades whatever trauma and pain there was in our childhood. The wise Nurturing Self part of us can learn to stand as a protector self for the Inner Child. It’s the job of the Nurturer to be loving and self-affirming. This part of us can also teach the Inner Critic a new job of support instead of beating the Child self up, and can love the Inner Critic so that the Inner Child self can relax and not have to work so hard.

Your inner child is the key to healing and recovery. Unresolved abandonment keeps people separate from this essential part of self. Being separated from the inner child and his or her abandonment issues keeps people stuck in unhealthy, dysfunctional, and/or toxic relationships.

Inner Child Healing is a path to freedom, serenity, and empowerment

Liberate Your Body

The key to happiness starts with listening to your body's voice.
Simply ask yourself first - "How do you feel?"
What you do with the answers you receive may make all the difference when it comes to living a balanced and joy-filled life.

When mind, body and spirit are in harmony, happiness is a natural state.

Together, mind and body form a whole. It is artificial to separate the two. You cannot have a single thought, sensation or feeling without the body. This includes the most inspired spiritual thoughts, feelings and sensations. All experience has a physical component.

Liberating your body through free movements releases reserves of energy and enthusiasm which might have been subdued by attempts to live within the boundaries of social or interpersonal demands.
For many people this can be an incredible effetive way of releasing hidden emotions.
By using our bodies to release the mind, we become more aware of the mind/body connection and begin to feel a wholeness.  If we allow ourselves to feel the joy of the movement, we can connect to our spirit and the Spirit that connects us with all.

When we give ourselves to the dance, we stop thinking.  Fear, shyness, judgments drop away and we are just in the moment—mind, body, emotions and soul are all One.
In that moment, whatever we feel is just fine, and if we can’t express our feelings verbally, we can dance them. By dancing them, we may one day learn to verbalize them as well.

Awakening to free dance is awakening to your soul... being in Now and live the life with joy, harmony, freedom and love.
Are you ready ?

Live a Life of Gratitude

Be Thankful

Be thankful that you don’t already have everything you desire,
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don’t know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.

Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.

Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you’re tired and weary
Because it means you’ve made a difference.

It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
also thankful for the setbacks.
GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
and they can become your blessings.

 Begin Your Day with Gratitude

Take 2-3 minutes each morning to give thanks, to whoever or whatever you’re grateful for. You don’t have to do anything, other than close your eyes and silently give thanks. This one act can make a huge difference.

Expressing Affirmations of Gratitude

An Affirmation is "a positive short statement that you repeat to yourself to help you work toward a goal in a positive frame of mind" or on that "has been specifically worded for the purpose of reprogramming the subconscious mind with positive and spiritual thoughts."

You can get yourself to feel more grateful about life and to live with gratitude, by practicing some simple affirmations, like:
Today I am grateful for...

Give thanks for “negative” things in your life

There’s always two ways to look at something. Many times we think of something as negative — it’s stressful, harmful, sad, unfortunate, difficult. But that same thing can be looked at in a more positive way. Giving thanks for those things is a great way to remind yourself that there is good in just about everything. Problems can be seen as opportunities to grow, to be creative. See the prayer below for more on this.

Say thank you

When someone does something nice for you, however small, try to remember to say thank you. And really mean it.

***
Why should the simple act of thinking about who and what I’m grateful for make such a big difference in my life?

Just a few reasons:

Because it reminds you of the positive things in your life
It makes you happy about the people in your life, whether they’re loved ones or just a stranger you met who was kind to you in some ways.
Because it turns bad things into good things
Having problems at work? Be grateful you have work. Be grateful you have challenges, and that life isn’t boring. Be grateful that you can learn from these challenges. Be thankful they make you a stronger person.
Because it reminds you of what’s important
It’s hard to complain about the little things when you give thanks that your children are alive and healthy. It’s hard to get stressed out over paying bills when you are grateful there is a roof over your head.
Because it reminds you to thank others
I’ll talk about this more below, but the simple act of saying “thank you” to someone can make a big difference in that person’s life. Calling them, emailing them, stopping by to say thank you … just taking that minute out of your life to tell them why you are grateful toward them is important to them. People like being appreciated for who they are and what they do. It costs you little, but makes someone else happy. And making someone else happy will make you happy.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
It turns what we have into enough, and more.

It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.

It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.

Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today,

and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Ready to fly

 Free falling into the new....
with nothing to hold on to
leave all your old judgements behind
love can guide you to what honors you
love can guide you home to your true state of freedom
Are you ready to jump?
...

Let mind start a journey through a strange new world
Leave all thoughts of the world you knew before
Let your soul take you where you long to be
Close your eyes
Let your spirit start to soar
And you will live as you have never lived before

Invite expression into your life

This year invites us so beautifully for EXPRESSION
~~ both by body and spirit ~~
It means that we allow passion and desire to come into our life
It means that we need to be with people who share the same interests
It means that we need to spend more time with nature
Nature opens our hearts for inner world
We Become Who We Truly Are
In perfect Silence We Hear the Answer For The Question - "who Am I ?"
This is Perfect Time to Be Yourself.

This also means that we are ready for transformation.

We leave old habits, old friends, jobs and invite new with joy and freedom.
I advice to find other people with similar passions and spend time together.
We can really feed off each other with enthusiasm and encouragement to continue to develop our life around our passions.

Passion makes us unique, it shapes our character, exposes our purpose in life and draws upon us questions about our souls and true beliefs.
This opens up the heart and spirit to see each day and opportunity in a positive light, a light that inspires others to express and explore their passions.
The power of passion guides us to what our hearts truely want, reveals to us the awesome experiences and feelings we all share and triggers us to understand our purpose and mission on earth.
Embrace it, explore it, express it !!

Sacred Feminine

Mother Earth is the divine sacred feminine and is wisdom, justice, beauty, and compassion for as long as humanity has walked upon her.  She is the irresistible power that destroys old forms and brings new ones into being.   She is the healer and nurturer, she is the creative force that resides within both female and male.  She is warmth, radiance, and beauty.  She is the power that creates life and the force that can take it away.  The Divine Feminine is the unseen dimension of ourselves to which we connect to all things within the web of life.

The Sacred Feminine is a term we use for the that mysterious source of all life, the wellspring of creation. The Big SHE. The Feminine Force that births both male and female forms. The circle that contains both yin and yang. The portal between the worlds.

In this sacred space, infinite opportunities exist to experience self-empowerment through heart-centered connection. Here, we will use the breath as the doorway to these possibilities.

The sacred feminine is the essence of love, beauty, creativity, forgiveness, appreciation, innocence, nourishment, purity, inspiration, empowerment, gentleness, receptivity, strength and courage that lies within us ALL.
Every man, woman and child embodies this truth. Right now, this purely divine feminine grace is rising up to cultivate a natural state of harmony with the sacred masculine in collective consciousness.
